What is the return policy?
Everything is made to order, so please check the size guide before buying. Our published policy does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrectly chosen size. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email Rob@StripTees.com.au with your order number and a photo. Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For approved faulty-item refunds, you do not need to send the item back.
When will I get my order?
Most items delivered within Australia arrive in around a week and a half on average. Timing can vary by item and printing location, so this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We’ll email you when your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
Most of our printing is done on demand in Australia. We also work with print-on-demand partners around the world, so not every item is printed locally.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
