This website is operated by M | Academy Group, trading as Strip Tees. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Strip Tees, and “you” refers to anyone who visits our website or buys from us.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use our website or place an order with us. Please read them carefully. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Using our website

If you’re under 18, please use our website and place orders with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You must not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, and you must not upload or transmit any viruses or other harmful code.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order, including after it has been placed, if a product was listed at an incorrect price, if we suspect fraud, or if we’re unable to fulfil it. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll let you know and give you a full refund.

We may limit quantities per customer, and decline orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may change our prices from time to time, but a price change won’t affect an order we’ve already confirmed.

Orders delivered outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These are charged by local authorities and are your responsibility.

Please make sure the payment, delivery and contact details you give us are accurate and up to date, so we can process and deliver your order.

4. Our products

Everything we sell is made to order. Most of our clothing is printed in Australia. Some products, such as hats, swimwear and footwear, are made by our partners overseas, and we note this in each product’s description.

We take care to show our products’ colours and details as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.

We may discontinue products or change product descriptions at any time.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, costs and tracking are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns, faulty items and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

6. Information on our website

We work hard to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. Our stories and articles are for general interest and may include historical information that was correct when published.

If we find an error in a product description, price or other information, we’ll correct it. If the error affects an order you’ve placed, we’ll contact you and you can choose to continue with the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

7. Intellectual property

Our designs, artwork, text, photographs and other content on this website belong to Strip Tees or are used with permission. You must not copy, reproduce, sell or otherwise use them without our written permission.

8. Third-party links and tools

Our website may link to, or include tools from, third-party websites and services that we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, products or practices, so please review their terms before using them.

9. Your comments and submissions

If you send us ideas, feedback, photos or other material, including by email, social media or our contact form, you agree that we may use, edit and publish it. If we’d like to feature a photo of you wearing our gear, we’ll ask you first.

Your submissions must not be unlawful, defamatory, abusive or obscene, or infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove any content that breaches these Terms.

11. Prohibited uses

You must not use our website to break any law, infringe anyone’s intellectual property, harass or discriminate against others, submit false information, collect other people’s personal information, scrape or spam, or interfere with the website’s security or operation.

12. Your rights and our liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to those rights, we don’t guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website.

13. Suspending access

If you seriously breach these Terms, we may suspend or end your access to our website. This won’t affect any order you’ve already paid for, or your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest of these Terms will continue to apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the update is posted. The Terms that apply to your order are the ones shown here at the time you placed it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
