Refund Policy


Everything we make is made to order, so we only accept returns if something is faulty. Please double check your measurements by using our size guides. If you have a question about sizing or our products, please get in touch via our contact form. As the old adage says, measure twice, buy once.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds will not be offered if we determine a customer has damaged the items. Normal wear and tear is not considered as faulty.

To request a refund, please send an email to Please include a photo of the damaged item, along with the order number from your purchase receipt. 


Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. No need to send the faulty item back to us. Instead, just take a photo of the damaged item and send it to with your refund request.

Damaged goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on gift cards.


An exchange or refund will not be offered if you've simply had a change of mind or misjudged your size. Under Australian Consumer Law products must have a major flaw to be eligible for exchange or refund, so please choose purchases carefully.
